Package Your Tiles
Ensure all tiles are clean, unused, and securely packed in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our designated distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned inventory, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
